About the role
- Support financial analysis involving large volumes of data, ensuring accuracy and delivering insights to support decision-making;
- Collaborate with the sales and internal teams to align collections and client relationship strategies;
- Identify root causes of delinquency and propose end-to-end solutions;
- Manage portfolio KPIs and recommend continuous improvements to collections processes;
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor financial performance;
- Contribute to financial process automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing delinquency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields;
- Advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and charts);
- Experience with SAP (preferred);
- Experience with Financial Mathematics;
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar) is a plus;
- Familiarity with automation processes (RPA, scripting, or macros) will be considered a strong plus.
