About the role
- Define and execute Mobi7's commercial and go-to-market strategy, including segmentation, positioning, and customer acquisition, expansion and retention strategies.
- Structure and evolve the commercial funnel (pre-sales, inside sales, field sales and post-sales) with a focus on predictability, efficiency and scalability.
- Participate in the Product Committee, contributing to the roadmap and solution launches.
- Drive customer base growth, maximize recurring revenue and profitability through activation, upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Ensure pipeline governance and excellence in forecasting management.
- Lead performance management, individual development plans (IDPs), continuous feedback and high-performance rituals.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and legal regulations.
- Manage strategic clients (key accounts), strengthening relationships and representing the company in critical negotiations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales/commercial management.
- Advanced or fluent English.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Knowledge of negotiation techniques.
- Knowledge of Fleet Management and Telemetry.
