About the role

  • Assess the organization’s technology landscape;
  • Understand the company’s needs, challenges and goals, taking existing infrastructure into account;
  • Establish the necessary level of documentation to ensure solutions are aligned with business needs;
  • Lead the development of solutions that address scalability, security and operational efficiency;
  • Lead the design of robust architectures that consider development and operational costs as functional requirements;
  • Design systems and solutions that support the company’s growth in a flexible and sustainable way;
  • Evaluate and evolve available technologies, platforms and frameworks.

Requirements

  • Advanced programming skills, with the ability to develop and implement complex, innovative solutions;
  • Deep understanding of business processes;
  • Project management experience;
  • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably SAFe;
  • Ability to define and validate acceptance criteria, ensuring the architecture meets business needs;
  • Skill in facilitating brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and cross-team collaboration;
  • Experience creating C4 and ArchiMate diagrams;
  • Competence in entity modeling;
  • Ability to define and monitor metrics and KPIs;
  • Skill in identifying and analyzing non-functional requirements, ensuring system quality and performance;
  • Experience in process modeling to optimize workflows and improve efficiency;
  • Ability to develop scenarios and use cases, detailing system functionality and interactions.
