About the role

  • Conduct robust Excel analyses to generate strategic and operational insights;
  • Present diagnostics and solution proposals clearly and impactfully to different audiences: functional and executive leadership, and operational teams;
  • Take a leading role in designing and executing transformation projects, with autonomy and business acumen;
  • Design pilots and monitor their execution, collecting feedback and adjusting course quickly;
  • Serve as a bridge between strategic and operational areas, influencing decisions and driving sustainable change;
  • Create PowerPoint materials with clear, focused storytelling tailored to the target audience;
  • Interact with sales and frontline teams, translating strategies into practical, understandable actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed)
  • Previous experience in data analysis and strategic projects
  • Advanced Excel (proficient with formulas, pivot tables, data modeling)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple stakeholders.
