About the role
- Attend to customers in Spanish, providing personalized, high-quality service
- Provide detailed information about vehicle rentals, services offered, timelines and company policies, ensuring all customer questions are fully answered
- Guide customers in the use of systems, apps and digital platforms, facilitating the user experience and promoting self-sufficiency
- Resolve inquiries on first contact whenever possible, demonstrating proactivity and efficiency in problem-solving
- Investigate cases that require access to internal systems, interdepartmental validations or document analysis, ensuring an accurate and complete resolution
- Perform financial adjustments, reprocessings and regularizations, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of transactions
- Forward and follow up on requests with other company departments, ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and effectively
- Support field teams, branches and partners involved in the international operation, promoting collaboration and information sharing
- Ensure customers clearly understand next steps, when applicable, providing transparent and effective communication.
Requirements
- Proven fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
- High school diploma (college studies in progress preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service or related areas
- Clear, empathetic and resolution-oriented communication skills
- Critical thinking and organizational skills.
