About the role

  • Attend to customers in Spanish, providing personalized, high-quality service
  • Provide detailed information about vehicle rentals, services offered, timelines and company policies, ensuring all customer questions are fully answered
  • Guide customers in the use of systems, apps and digital platforms, facilitating the user experience and promoting self-sufficiency
  • Resolve inquiries on first contact whenever possible, demonstrating proactivity and efficiency in problem-solving
  • Investigate cases that require access to internal systems, interdepartmental validations or document analysis, ensuring an accurate and complete resolution
  • Perform financial adjustments, reprocessings and regularizations, maintaining the integrity and accuracy of transactions
  • Forward and follow up on requests with other company departments, ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and effectively
  • Support field teams, branches and partners involved in the international operation, promoting collaboration and information sharing
  • Ensure customers clearly understand next steps, when applicable, providing transparent and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Proven fluency in Spanish (spoken and written)
  • High school diploma (college studies in progress preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service or related areas
  • Clear, empathetic and resolution-oriented communication skills
  • Critical thinking and organizational skills.
