About the role
- You will be the focal point for efficiency within the operations team. Your role is not to develop complex software, but to use logic and agile tools to remove operational bottlenecks and generate actionable intelligence for the business.
- Map pain points and manual processes in operations, proposing simple, automated solutions to save time and reduce errors;
- Create "Low-Code" automation flows using Power Automate to connect emails, spreadsheets and internal systems;
- Use Python scripts to process datasets, automate reports and manipulate complex spreadsheets (e.g., Pandas and automation libraries);
- Perform basic data extraction using SQL to feed operational indicators and control dashboards;
- Apply GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) tools to optimize the creation of communications, text analysis and routine operational support;
- Act as an interface between Operations and IT, translating business needs into technical requirements when necessary;
- Ensure maintenance and updates of automated routines created by the area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields;
- Hands-on profile: someone who comes from the business side but is comfortable with logic and technology;
- Intermediate knowledge of Python (focused on task automation and data analysis, not necessarily software development);
- Practical experience with Power Automate (building approval flows, alerts, file movements);
- Basic SQL knowledge (able to write queries to extract data for analysis);
- Curiosity and practical use of GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot) for productivity;
- Advanced Excel (it’s the foundation of our analysis before automation).
