About the role
- Develop and enhance reports on fleet unproductivity indicators;
- Support the preparation of weekly action plans and performance review meetings;
- Contribute to process improvements related to the management of vehicles under maintenance;
- Participate in defining strategies to reduce unproductivity at branches;
- Monitor and analyze recalls issued by manufacturers and incidents at branches;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;
- Maintain confidentiality of handled information;
- Meet targets established in the Management Agreement.
Requirements
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus;
- Strong logical and analytical reasoning skills;
- Knowledge of process mapping and structuring.
