About the role

  • Develop and enhance reports on fleet unproductivity indicators;
  • Support the preparation of weekly action plans and performance review meetings;
  • Contribute to process improvements related to the management of vehicles under maintenance;
  • Participate in defining strategies to reduce unproductivity at branches;
  • Monitor and analyze recalls issued by manufacturers and incidents at branches;
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;
  • Maintain confidentiality of handled information;
  • Meet targets established in the Management Agreement.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree);
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with Power BI and SQL is a plus;
  • Strong logical and analytical reasoning skills;
  • Knowledge of process mapping and structuring.
