Be responsible for building and optimizing S&OP scenarios for the Localiza platform, working in an integrated way with strategic areas such as pre-owned vehicles, operations, rentals and finance; ensuring that planning and execution are aligned with the company's strategic objectives;
Take a leading role in developing the company's asset allocation strategy, assessing fleet renewal needs, rental demand, demand for pre-owned vehicle sales and agreements with automakers (vehicle replacement), to ensure an optimal pre-owned vehicle sales portfolio and correct allocation of capital;
Work in a dynamic environment where adaptation to possible scope or context changes is required and be willing to collaborate with different business units (LABS/technology, sales, rentals, operations, among others);
Deliver high-impact projects with frequent exposure to senior leadership, gaining a deep understanding of L&CO's business as a whole, identifying and testing hypotheses to improve the S&OP planning process and seeking to maximize its profitability (ROIC);
Directly lead Integrated S&OP planning indicators, fleet renewal and profitability metrics for L&CO;
Perform data analyses, able to connect technical/analytical knowledge with business understanding and report results to senior leadership;
Work with cross-functional areas, influencing changes in processes, interdepartmental relationships, agenda prioritization and decision-making structure;
Learn from highly qualified leadership through on-the-job training, with a high level of responsibility and interaction with Localiza's senior leaders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed – Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields;
Postgraduate degree is a plus;
Experience in strategic planning processes, S&OP/IBP or related areas;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience analyzing large datasets;
Knowledge of problem-solving methodologies (Lean / Six Sigma);
Experience working in highly analytical areas and familiarity with KPIs, dashboards and indicator trees;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with Power BI and SQL.
