About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deploy the HR strategy while ensuring legal compliance and upholding the company’s values.
  • Co-design and implement the HR roadmap in alignment with the company’s overall strategy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing guidance, support and solutions for their daily HR challenges and questions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor law and legal obligations across all countries within your scope.
  • Manage employee departures (mutual terminations, resignations, end of contracts) and conduct exit interviews.
  • Provide regular reports on HR activities and issues.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to internal and external communication initiatives.
  • Prepare employment contracts and legal documentation.
  • Ensure high-quality onboarding, integration and ongoing follow-up for all new hires.
  • Manage and monitor probationary periods.
  • Manage relationships with occupational health services and oversee employee enrollments in health insurance and supplemental benefit schemes.
  • Maintain, update and drive continuous improvement of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS - Lucca).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have 5 to 10 years of proven experience as an HR / People Business Partner, or in a similar generalist role, ideally within an international, multi-country environment.
  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required. Italian is a plus.
  • Highly organized, rigorous and attentive to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a pronounced customer focus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and a true team spirit.
  • Autonomous, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
