About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end development of RFP responses, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, integrating data-driven insights, and clearly articulating success metrics.
- Design comprehensive, multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, etc.) tailored to client goals and budget constraints.
- Partner closely with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences.
- Leverage Locala’s proprietary planning platform and data tools to generate actionable insights for both RFPs and proactive prospecting.
- Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility.
- Develop visually compelling, insight-driven client presentations.
- Drive the RFP workflow, ensuring timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams.
- Maintain accurate records of proposal activity across internal systems (CRM, planning, and project management tools).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Over 2 years experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising field
- Strong understanding of Media Agency landscape
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities & meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in analyzing large datasets and prioritizing them into actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills
- Client facing experience
- Relationship builder and driver – proven aptitude to connect with large partners, start-ups, executives
- Comfortable with a start-up environment, open to facing interesting challenges globally with a problem-solving & resourceful mindset
