About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end development of RFP responses, including crafting strategic narratives, building media plans, integrating data-driven insights, and clearly articulating success metrics.
  • Design comprehensive, multi-channel media plans (Display, DOOH, Audio, CTV, etc.) tailored to client goals and budget constraints.
  • Partner closely with Sales to uncover client pain points, marketing goals, and target audiences.
  • Leverage Locala’s proprietary planning platform and data tools to generate actionable insights for both RFPs and proactive prospecting.
  • Coordinate with Ad Ops and Platform teams to validate inventory availability and ensure pricing accuracy and feasibility.
  • Develop visually compelling, insight-driven client presentations.
  • Drive the RFP workflow, ensuring timely input from Sales, Creative, Ad Ops, and Platform teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposal activity across internal systems (CRM, planning, and project management tools).

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Over 2 years experience in the Ad Tech/Digital advertising field
  • Strong understanding of Media Agency landscape
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities & meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in analyzing large datasets and prioritizing them into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client facing experience
  • Relationship builder and driver – proven aptitude to connect with large partners, start-ups, executives
  • Comfortable with a start-up environment, open to facing interesting challenges globally with a problem-solving & resourceful mindset
