About the role
- Own the full product roadmap and AI strategy and adoption
- Run continuous discovery with frontline clinic staff — shadow workflows, interview physicians and admins, and translate findings into clear requirements
- Lead build vs. buy decisions for each layer, evaluating vendors against in-house options
- Define success metrics for every initiative and track them post-launch
- Partner with engineering, data, and clinical teams to ship on time and on scope
- Present roadmap progress and outcomes to executive leadership and clinic partners
Requirements
- 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years shipping data-intensive or AI/ML products
- Demonstrated understanding of how to sequence infrastructure and application layers — you know why data quality must precede agent deployment
- Experience with healthcare data formats and clinical workflows (HL7, FHIR, EHR systems), or the ability to develop that fluency quickly
- Strong discovery instincts — you can find the real problem behind the stated request
- Comfortable holding both platform-level ambiguity and feature-level precision at the same time
- Healthcare experience especially working with providers and clinical staff
- Experience with clinical data pipelines, RPA tooling, or AI agent frameworks
- Familiarity with ambient documentation tools, prior auth automation, or medical coding AI
- Experience working with EHR and EHR data
