About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Being the go-to partner for our CPTO and the Engineering & Product leaders on people strategy, career development, and team health
- Driving cross-org projects and initiatives that reach beyond product and engineering
- Running the full employee lifecycle for our tech organization, from onboarding to offboarding, across Germany and the Netherlands
- Building career frameworks, compensation reviews, and performance programs that people actually use
- Automating the busywork with AI and modern HR tools, so your time goes to people instead of paperwork
- Keeping us compliant and up to date on German and Dutch labor law
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as a business partner to tech teams in product and software development, with a real understanding of engineering culture, delivery cycles, and roadmap planning, ideally across EMEA
- Profound change-management experience, ideally guiding cultural transformation as the organization scales
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits for tech teams, and a clear sense of what makes a pay structure fair
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders and helping shape their decisions
- A genuine affinity for technical people; you understand how engineers and product folks think and work, and you might even code for fun
- A finger on the pulse of the software world, from agile ways of working to the tech talent market and how AI is reshaping the way teams build
- A coaching background is a plus
- Working knowledge of German labor law; Dutch labor law is a plus
- Fluent in English, with business-level German. Dutch is a strong plus.
