About the role

  • Responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle.
  • From technical discovery, tailored demos, RFIs, and use case workshops you take customer input and turn it into a technical win.
  • Identifying and developing customer technical champions.
  • Designing and presenting tailored solution concepts.
  • Developing implementation approaches for prospective customers.
  • Close collaboration with sales, engineering, and professional services.
  • Actively helping the sales team to close deals.

Requirements

  • Real-world experience with multiple forms of data integration (such as APIs, EDI, IoT, ETL, EAI, Message Bus, or others) and the related business processes they support
  • Proficiency in conducting technical needs assessments and uncovering underlying business and technical requirements
  • Comprehensive awareness of customer challenges, business processes, and core systems commonly found in the Retail / Wholesale, Manufacturing and/or Logistics industries
  • Exceptional ability to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts on both a business and technical level
  • Proficiency in English; German skills are nice to have, and French language skills are a strong plus
