About the role
- Responsible for all technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- From technical discovery, tailored demos, RFIs, and use case workshops you take customer input and turn it into a technical win.
- Identifying and developing customer technical champions.
- Designing and presenting tailored solution concepts.
- Developing implementation approaches for prospective customers.
- Close collaboration with sales, engineering, and professional services.
- Actively helping the sales team to close deals.
Requirements
- Real-world experience with multiple forms of data integration (such as APIs, EDI, IoT, ETL, EAI, Message Bus, or others) and the related business processes they support
- Proficiency in conducting technical needs assessments and uncovering underlying business and technical requirements
- Comprehensive awareness of customer challenges, business processes, and core systems commonly found in the Retail / Wholesale, Manufacturing and/or Logistics industries
- Exceptional ability to deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts on both a business and technical level
- Proficiency in English; German skills are nice to have, and French language skills are a strong plus
