About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Participation in transactions involving public and private offerings of securities, including debentures, commercial paper, deeds, promissory notes and receivables certificates;
- Participation in project finance transactions (Project Finance), import and export financing, issuance of guarantees, escrow, syndicated loans, financial and operating leasing (leasing);
- Participation in structured transactions, derivatives, vendor financing, among others;
- Participation in securitization transactions;
- Participation in debt restructuring transactions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
- Previous experience as a mid-level lawyer in Capital Markets.
- Solid knowledge of financial market regulation (CVM — Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission, self-regulation, funds, public offerings).
- Advanced English.
- Excellent legal drafting skills.
