Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and monitor litigation deadlines, ensuring strict compliance and risk mitigation;
Perform quality control of case information and internal workflows;
Handle allocation and monitoring of legal tasks;
Monitor court publications, notices, and case movements;
Ensure accurate registration and updating of cases in legal systems;
Support the standardization of routines and procedures within Legal Controllership;
Serve as the focal point for the operational organization and governance of litigation;
Map, review, and optimize legal processes to achieve efficiency gains;
Support automation initiatives (RPA, workflows, integrations);
Develop and maintain controls and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) with departmental KPIs;
Perform legal data analysis to generate strategic insights;
Support integration between legal and corporate systems;
Oversee testing and implementation of LegalTech solutions;
Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects for the legal department.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (completed);
Solid experience in Legal Controllership;
Practical knowledge of court systems (e-SAJ, PJe, Projudi, etc.); deadline and publication control; and operational litigation routines;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
Strong planning and prioritization skills;
Good communication and ability to interact with legal teams;
Advanced proficiency in Excel;
