About the role

  • Manage and monitor litigation deadlines, ensuring strict compliance and risk mitigation;
  • Perform quality control of case information and internal workflows;
  • Handle allocation and monitoring of legal tasks;
  • Monitor court publications, notices, and case movements;
  • Ensure accurate registration and updating of cases in legal systems;
  • Support the standardization of routines and procedures within Legal Controllership;
  • Serve as the focal point for the operational organization and governance of litigation;
  • Map, review, and optimize legal processes to achieve efficiency gains;
  • Support automation initiatives (RPA, workflows, integrations);
  • Develop and maintain controls and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) with departmental KPIs;
  • Perform legal data analysis to generate strategic insights;
  • Support integration between legal and corporate systems;
  • Oversee testing and implementation of LegalTech solutions;
  • Participate in continuous improvement and digital transformation projects for the legal department.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (completed);
  • Solid experience in Legal Controllership;
  • Practical knowledge of court systems (e-SAJ, PJe, Projudi, etc.); deadline and publication control; and operational litigation routines;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills;
  • Good communication and ability to interact with legal teams;
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel;
