About the role

  • Manage business development data: active/inactive clients, relationship status, billing, hiring recurrence, and other metrics.
  • Monitor and optimize the proposal flow, commercial pipeline, conversion rate (win rate) and performance indicators.
  • Conduct market and competitor intelligence analyses by developing and monitoring relevant indicators.
  • Support the preparation of strategic proposals and corporate presentations.
  • Address general department requests and partners' requests, such as information gathering and presentation support.
  • Lead and support the firm's internationalization project.
  • Collaborate on creating and implementing a business development methodology for the firm.
  • Structure products, services and deliverables that support partners in securing work and generating value for clients.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership in designing and implementing growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • Experience in business development, preferably in law firms or professional services firms.
  • Previous experience managing teams.
  • Ability to work with data and performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of CRM and BI tools and experience with internationalization projects or working in multicultural environments is a plus.
  • Advanced English.
