About the role
- Manage business development data: active/inactive clients, relationship status, billing, hiring recurrence, and other metrics.
- Monitor and optimize the proposal flow, commercial pipeline, conversion rate (win rate) and performance indicators.
- Conduct market and competitor intelligence analyses by developing and monitoring relevant indicators.
- Support the preparation of strategic proposals and corporate presentations.
- Address general department requests and partners' requests, such as information gathering and presentation support.
- Lead and support the firm's internationalization project.
- Collaborate on creating and implementing a business development methodology for the firm.
- Structure products, services and deliverables that support partners in securing work and generating value for clients.
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership in designing and implementing growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
- Experience in business development, preferably in law firms or professional services firms.
- Previous experience managing teams.
- Ability to work with data and performance indicators (KPIs).
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of CRM and BI tools and experience with internationalization projects or working in multicultural environments is a plus.
