About the role

  • Own the end-to-end RFP process, including proposal writing and project management
  • Maintain an up-to-date RFP content library and create sales enablement assets
  • Customize proposals to highlight differentiators and align with client needs
  • Support sales teams ensuring they have necessary tools and information
  • Utilize AI and automated tools to increase efficiency and proposal accuracy
  • Interview prospects and review data to understand deal outcomes for actionable insights
  • Review RFPs ensuring submissions adhere to client instructions and guidelines
  • Maintain and update a library of standard proposal content

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in sales enablement, RFP management, proposal writing, or marketing or related role
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to edit technical documents for clarity and consistency
  • Proficiency in GoogleDocs and experience with CMS or CRM tools like Hubspot and Domo
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
  • Background in B2B environments highly preferred; prior exposure to Fintech or strong interest in financial technology a significant plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills for developing equipment-based solutions for clients
