Ecommerce Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the delivery of website content for seasonal campaigns and new product launches
- Coordinate with Marketing, Creative, Photography and Product teams to ensure launches are delivered on time and to the highest standard
- Manage critical paths, ensuring content, assets and product data are accurate and ready for launch
- Manage the website helpdesk, resolving content and user experience requests efficiently
- Conduct regular site reviews to identify opportunities to improve content, navigation and customer journeys
- Gather feedback from Stores, Trade and Customer Experience teams to continually enhance the website
- Monitor website performance, sales and key trading metrics
- Attend weekly trading meetings and help identify opportunities to improve conversion and revenue
- Help maintain and improve on-site SEO through content optimisation
- Collaborate with our internal technology team and external development partners to deliver website improvements
- Support testing and deployment of UX and technical enhancements
- Work with the Web Product Executive to investigate and resolve bugs and website issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years' experience in an ecommerce retail role
- Experience across website content management, trading, CRO and SEO
- A customer-first mindset and exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Analytical and commercially minded, with confidence interpreting data and spotting opportunities
- Naturally curious, collaborative and proactive
- A problem-solver who enjoys identifying issues and finding practical solutions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
