About the role

  • Build and maintain the reporting infrastructure that evaluates our funnel performance and marketing spend across all channels.
  • Analyze the full customer journey to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities.
  • Work with RevOps to provide clear insights into channel and regional performance.
  • Develop models to support growth planning and guide marketing investment decisions.
  • Ensure total accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in marketing, growth, or business analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Data Science, Econ, etc.)
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
  • Experience with SQL and data warehouses is a major plus.
  • Ability to take complex math and turn it into a clear, persuasive story for non-technical stakeholders.
