About the role
- Lead the evolution of LoadUp’s brand positioning, messaging, and comprehensive design systems.
- Translate complex growth goals into compelling visual storytelling and high-performing digital ad creative.
- Partner with Growth and Product teams to align brand identity with company strategy and conversion goals.
- Oversee the creation of all marketing assets, including multimedia content, web visuals, and campaign creative.
- Manage and mentor internal creative talent and external partners, establishing efficient production workflows.
- Maintain elite creative standards, ensuring every customer touchpoint reflects quality, clarity, and differentiation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of leadership in brand or creative roles, ideally in a digital-first or high-growth environment
- Visionary Execution: A deep understanding of visual storytelling and a track record of leading digital marketing creative
- Strategic Leadership: The ability to move seamlessly from high-level brand frameworks to the 'nitty-gritty' of creative production
- Communication Mastery: Excellent presentation skills—you can sell a creative vision to stakeholders and leadership alike
- Technical Savvy: High proficiency in digital creative tools and a strong eye for visual quality and brand consistency.
