About the role
- Deliver assigned Service Orders and set up initial customer meetings
- Create installation guidelines and perform initial installations
- Collect customer data and lead the migration process
- Collaborate with staff and vendors to resolve customer challenges
- Create and maintain Knowledge base articles
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively complete training and maintain knowledge of technological innovations
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in software implementation
- Experience setting up Oracle products (ex: P6, Unifier, & BI Publisher)
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Analytical thinking skills
- Good time management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Located within pacific time zone working hours
