About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the company's international business development strategy.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in target international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, hospitality groups, retailers, and food service partners.
  • Expand the company's presence within the HoReCa, hotel, restaurant, café, deli, and premium food sectors.
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to successful deal closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and long-term account development.
  • Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's international expansion strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, International Sales, or Key Account Management.
  • Previous experience within the Food & Beverage industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience in the Hospitality sector will be considered a strong asset.
  • Proven track record of developing new markets and generating new business internationally.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20% of the time).
