About the role
- Create and adapt visual assets for digital media, BTL & ATL campaigns, and social media
- Maintain and update visual assets, ensuring consistency and optimization across platforms
- Refresh and localize creative materials into multiple digital formats
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions with fresh, creative ideas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, communication)
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Bring concepts to life through strong visual storytelling and attention to detail
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced media and entertainment production environment
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (internships or freelance projects also count)
- Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across different formats and mediums
- Previous experience in the media/entertainment industry is a strong asset
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Familiarity with digital design formats, typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Experience with collaborative design tools
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (bonus)
- Passion for digital media & storytelling
- Creativity combined with practical, execution-oriented mindset
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Positive, proactive, and open to feedback
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Eager to learn and continuously improve
