• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy for the Upper Midwest
• Generate new leads through cold outreach, referrals, events, and partner relationships
• Schedule and conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings
• Build and maintain a robust, self-generated pipeline
• Meet or exceed revenue and new logo targets
• Attend and participate in cybersecurity meetups, conferences, and professional events
• Establish relationships with CISOs, IT leaders, risk managers, and compliance professionals
• Host or coordinate regional events, happy hours, or executive roundtables
• Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM documentation
