About the role

  • Lead and oversee continuous improvement projects and initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and measurable results for the commercial area;
  • Develop strategies and initiatives to drive sales with a focus on scalability, replicability and excellence in delivering subscription products;
  • Map, document and improve commercial processes, promoting efficiency and standardization across channels;
  • Manage and maintain business processes in key commercial tools such as the Sales Portal, Salesforce and Analytics;
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor sales performance and interface with areas such as pricing, credit, contracts, procurement and logistics;
  • Support Sales Strategic Planning by providing insights and analyses that inform decision-making;
  • Serve as the commercial team's focal point for IT initiatives, supporting key users on strategic requests from scope refinement through testing and approvals;
  • Create operational procedure materials, process flows and training to enable commercial teams;
  • Provide support to internal customers and related business areas, ensuring smooth and efficient process integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
  • Experience managing or supporting projects (leading kick-off meetings, defining scope, schedules and action plans);
  • Practical knowledge of project methodologies (e.g., PDCA, 5W2H, Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK or similar);
  • Ability to facilitate strategic meetings, align stakeholders and turn ideas into clear actions;
  • Skill in creating realistic schedules, managing deadlines and tracking deliverables;
  • End-to-end process perspective — capable of mapping, documenting, proposing improvements and building scalable workflows;
  • Familiarity with tools such as Miro, Lucidchart, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Notion or similar;
  • Strong verbal and written communication for presentations and interactions with business areas;
  • Proactivity, organization, critical thinking and analytical ability;
  • Knowledge of CRM, BI or commercial tools is desirable;
