About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support analysis of digital marketing performance across Social, PMax and Programmatic campaigns
  • Conduct creative performance analysis and identify results through A/B testing
  • Translate performance data into insights that inform creative optimisation
  • Support account hygiene checks across Google Ads and Meta
  • Manage smaller campaigns and accounts
  • Brief internal and external creative teams on digital asset requirements
  • Support end-to-end creative production across Social, PMax and Programmatic channels
  • Manage creative assets through internal approval processes, ensuring brand, legal, and compliance requirements are met
  • Set up and QA creative assets within relevant platforms and ad systems
  • Raise and manage Purchase Orders accurately and on time
  • Track spend against Purchase Orders and support budget control processes
  • Work closely with managers, agencies, and internal teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience in a large, complex, or regulated organisation
  • Experience setting up and optimising Paid Social campaigns, including Meta
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders
  • Strong creative eye and ability to guide and optimise assets for different audiences, formats, and funnel stages
  • Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and performance reports
  • Clear communicator comfortable working with agencies and internal teams
  • Experience supporting Paid Search, PMax, or Programmatic campaigns (nice to have)
  • Experience with creative production or asset management (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with marketing reporting tools or ad platforms; training will be provided (nice to have)
