About the role
- To be responsible for the acquisition of new Switchers and associated funding solutions from your Broker portfolio.
- There is an expectation to look for new Broker’s and to promote the bank with professionals and key influencers in your local area.
- Build and manage a portfolio of brokers, identifying new opportunities and promoting our real estate banking solutions.
- Deliver creative funding strategies in the Residential and Commercial Investment Term lending market.
- Write high-quality credit proposals and ensure compliance with conduct risk standards.
- Represent the bank through digital advocacy and professional social media.
- Collaborate across teams to bring the full breadth of Lloyds Banking Group to your clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in banking, with a strong understanding of SME and real estate sector funding.
- A track record of acquiring new clients through broker and professional networks.
- Specialist credit knowledge and the ability to tailor funding solutions to complex needs.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for adopting digital tools that improve client experience.
- Strong ethics and integrity, representing the bank with professionalism across all interactions.
