About the role
- Completing excess management activities along with arrears to support customers potentially facing financial difficulties.
- Responding to customer requests and maintaining strong customer relationships/ Completion of monthly ACRs and CRSS.
- Participation in champion roles.
Requirements
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients would be beneficial.
- strong organisational skills are essential to manage competing priorities.
- experience in risk management would be beneficial.
- Analytical skills – to enable you to dissect and understand financial information in line with Commercial procedures.
- Excellent customer service and building relationships, putting them at the heart of what you do is essential.
