About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the design and establishment of a dedicated onboarding and servicing function for the digital wallet and portal proposition
  • Define and implement an operating model for seamless client onboarding and ongoing digital-asset servicing
  • Lead end-to-end client readiness, including KYC, CBO set-up, system enablement and operational dependencies
  • Establish processes, governance, controls, service standards and handoffs across involved teams
  • Build partnerships across product, operations, technology, risk, compliance and client-facing teams
  • Identify and deliver process improvement, automation and scalability opportunities
  • Build a high-performing, client-focused team supporting digital asset products and emerging technologies
  • Develop digital-assets expertise, including tokenised deposits and stablecoins, and translate it into scalable client journeys and service capability

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience, typically gained over 8+ years, building, leading and developing teams within banking or financial services
  • Proven ability to design and implement operating models, processes and controls within regulated environments
  • Strong commitment to developing expertise in digital assets, including tokenised deposits and stablecoins
  • Experience translating learning into capability growth across teams and the wider organisation
  • Strong track record influencing across complex organisations and partnering across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and client-facing teams
  • Strong commercial and strategic awareness
  • Ability to translate emerging propositions into scalable delivery models, implementation plans and measurable business outcomes
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong risk and control awareness and ability to establish governance frameworks
  • Ability to apply sound judgement within regulated environments
