About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate complex data into engaging visualizations and Generative BI solutions supporting decision-making across People & Places
- Explore and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative BI into the People & Places strategy
- Enhance and maintain existing People & Places solutions for accuracy, usability and business alignment
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex Power BI dashboards and Generative BI projects
- Lead projects, managing planning, prioritisation, risks and visual storytelling standards
- Shape and evolve the visualisation roadmap aligned with strategic priorities and People & Places initiatives
- Deliver workforce-based analytical insights supporting the People & Places strategy and wider Group
- Make day-to-day delivery decisions with a high degree of autonomy
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate data-driven insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated expertise in data storytelling, visualization and dashboard development
- Strong proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
- Knowledge of Generative BI is a significant advantage
- Experience in a data-driven organization within business analytics, BI or reporting functions
- Experience with People Data is advantageous
- Comfort working with large datasets and sourcing data from strategic platforms
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is preferred
- Strong willingness to learn new approaches, techniques and technologies
- Ability to work in an agile, adaptive environment
- Proven ability to contribute to building and fostering a data-driven culture within teams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear stories for technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to own visualization projects end to end and balance multiple priorities
