About the role
- Feed deep customer behaviour insights into designing products & services for Lloyds Banking Group customers
- Perform advanced analyses to identify, inform and quantify the impact of changes
- Advocate for best practices and educate creative stakeholders on data use in design
- Shape own backlog of work, aligning analyses to core design initiatives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across design & product
- Collaborate closely with user researchers, using quant to validate hypotheses from qualitative research
- Focus on driving maximum impact and go beyond delivery of analytics
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high quality, actionable customer insights
- Excellent communicator, able to translate technical analysis into easily digestible stories for stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers and stakeholders
- Work autonomously, effectively prioritising backlog & time
- Excellent SQL proficiency
- Experience of Python
- Good knowledge of core analytical methods and statistical approaches
- Predictive modelling experience
- Understanding of the LBG Data Landscape
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques
- Track record of translating data into compelling stories
- Strong understanding of financial services
- Strong communicator with great influencing skills
