About the role
- Feed deep customer behaviour insights into design of products & services
- Perform advanced analyses to identify, inform and quantify impact of changes
- Advocate for best practices in data usage in design process
- Build strong relationships with design & product stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with user researchers using quant to validate hypotheses
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering high quality, actionable customer insights
- Excellent communicator, able to translate technical analysis into easily digestible stories for stakeholders
- Strategic thinker beyond the numbers driving impact through analysis
- Strong business acumen able to grasp new concepts quickly
- Strong relationship builder with peers and stakeholders
- Ability to work autonomously and prioritize backlog & time
- Experience defining good quality metrics
- Excellent SQL proficiency
- Experience of Python
- Good knowledge of core analytical methods and statistical approaches
- Predictive modelling experience
- Proven understanding of the LBG Data Landscape
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of analytical techniques
- Proven track record of translating data into compelling stories
- Strong understanding of financial services
- Strong communicator with great influencing skills
