About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The Leadership and Coaching Manager plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining Lloyds Banking Group’s leadership and coaching culture.
- The role combines the creation, delivery and ongoing program management of internal leadership and coaching solutions.
- Shape leadership growth through impactful coaching and development experiences.
- Managing coaching faculty by bringing expertise and experience in coaching practice and delivery.
- Own a strategic portfolio of coaching and leadership initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Grow coaching capability by leading and evolving our internal and external coaching faculty.
- Manage coaching partnerships to ensure quality, value and alignment to business needs.
- Influence senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into development solutions.
- Drive innovation through AI-enabled coaching and emerging leadership practices.
- Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality solutions, build capability and achieve lasting impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- ICF level 1 Coach training with a minimum of 200 hours coaching.
- Proven experience in coaching, leadership development or organisational development within a large, complex organisation.
- Strong people leadership capability, with experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
- Deep expertise in coaching practice (including contracting, ethics, and evaluation).
- Experience designing and delivering leadership or development programmes at scale.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
- Ability to think systemically, translating business needs into integrated solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how leadership drives performance.
