Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Leadership and Coaching Manager plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining Lloyds Banking Group’s leadership and coaching culture.
  • The role combines the creation, delivery and ongoing program management of internal leadership and coaching solutions.
  • Shape leadership growth through impactful coaching and development experiences.
  • Managing coaching faculty by bringing expertise and experience in coaching practice and delivery.
  • Own a strategic portfolio of coaching and leadership initiatives that deliver measurable results.
  • Grow coaching capability by leading and evolving our internal and external coaching faculty.
  • Manage coaching partnerships to ensure quality, value and alignment to business needs.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and translate business challenges into development solutions.
  • Drive innovation through AI-enabled coaching and emerging leadership practices.
  • Lead and inspire teams to deliver high-quality solutions, build capability and achieve lasting impact.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • ICF level 1 Coach training with a minimum of 200 hours coaching.
  • Proven experience in coaching, leadership development or organisational development within a large, complex organisation.
  • Strong people leadership capability, with experience developing and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep expertise in coaching practice (including contracting, ethics, and evaluation).
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership or development programmes at scale.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior leaders.
  • Ability to think systemically, translating business needs into integrated solutions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of how leadership drives performance.
