Requirements

What you’ll need

Qualified or in the final year as an accountant (ACA or equivalent experience, ACCA, CIMA)
12 months or more experience analysing performance and explaining drivers in movement with senior colleagues
12 months or more experience maintaining strong financial control at the core of finance activities
The ability to demonstrate continuous improvements achieved to current processes, illustrating curiosity and the ability challenge the status quo
A high collaborator who enjoys engaging with people from various areas
Experience in Planning/Budgeting in a Business Context would be really useful
Experience in Monthly Performance Reporting would be really useful
Financial Services background would be really useful
Confidence in using Excel/PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications would be really useful
