Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Qualified or in the final year as an accountant (ACA or equivalent experience, ACCA, CIMA)
  • 12 months or more experience analysing performance and explaining drivers in movement with senior colleagues
  • 12 months or more experience maintaining strong financial control at the core of finance activities
  • The ability to demonstrate continuous improvements achieved to current processes, illustrating curiosity and the ability challenge the status quo
  • A high collaborator who enjoys engaging with people from various areas
  • Experience in Planning/Budgeting in a Business Context would be really useful
  • Experience in Monthly Performance Reporting would be really useful
  • Financial Services background would be really useful
  • Confidence in using Excel/PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications would be really useful
