About the role
- Partner stakeholders across the BCB & CIB business and finance, providing financial support to business supporting Products, Segments, Investment and Portfolio management
- Build trusted relationships across business and finance
- Build and lead regular and ad hoc financial performance updates, interpreting financials and challenging the business
- Support the business in making strategic decisions around pricing, proposition and Investment
- Learn in depth about the products we offer across BCB & CIB
- Forecasting and Planning to help set the direction of the business
Requirements
- Proactivity to interpret performance and clearly communicate key stories and messages to the business
- A curiosity to learn about the business, performance and our processes to deliver insight, control and courage to challenge
- An ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of people and teams and work with those teams to support our purpose and goals

- Experience of working within a similar team or business area is desirable, and a finance qualification
