About the role
- A part-time branch-based opportunity working 28 hours per week in Grimsby, Scunthorpe & Brigg Lloyds and Halifax branches
- Helping customers side by side or working from home to assist customers via phone, web-chat, and remote advice video calls
- Participating in a Skill Progression Framework to advance by mastering new skills and earning valuable accreditations
- Making a difference to customers, businesses, and communities
Requirements
- You're a people person, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)
- The ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
- The passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity
- A genuine teammate, collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met
- If located in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection
