About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design and delivery of high-impact data products across our Loans & Affordability Platform
Shape how data is used to support lending decisions, regulatory outcomes, and enable meaningful customer interactions
Play a key leadership role in delivering major transformation initiatives including modernising the Loans platform
Transition away from legacy data infrastructure and build a scalable, product-led approach to data
Collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, and business teams to ensure data products are reliable and valuable
Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap balancing strategic goals with day-to-day delivery
Champion strong data governance and improve data quality and consistency

Requirements

What you’ll need

5 years experience as a Data Product Owner or Product Manager in a similar industry (e.g., banking, finance)
Strong knowledge of data-driven product development and agile methodologies
Expertise in GCP BigData technologies (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Dataproc)
Experience in developing and managing product roadmaps
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
