About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Join a new AI Productivity Lab focused on accelerating employee productivity and business process automation through cutting-edge agentic co-working technologies
- Build domain-specific agents and tools, working alongside Principal Engineers and the Head of the Lab to rapidly prototype, iterate and embed solutions into real business processes
- Contribute to reusable knowledge assets, integrating secure, enterprise-grade solutions, and supporting adoption by collaborating with business teams to embed agentic working into day-to-day operations
- Operate within the Data & AI Unit of the Chief Technology Office, shaping and scaling AI-driven capabilities, combining modern agentic engineering practices with strong discipline around quality, security and usability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience deploying technology solutions in complex environments and supporting production operations
- Hands-on experience using GenAI and Agentic AI technology to solve real-world problems
- Familiarity with agentic coding and/or coworking tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) and an ability to learn new tools quickly
- Working knowledge of operational and AI risk considerations in regulated environments, including reliability, security, safety and explainability
- Ability to collaborate in high-performing teams, communicate clearly and contribute to shared reusable assets
