Requirements

What you’ll need

Oversight of the delivery of a portfolio of homes from transaction exchange to unit handover
Act as Lloyds Living’s representative, overseeing performance of Developers and Consultants
Quality assurance and contract administration
Manage site assurance and compliance
Maintain relationships with Project Monitors and Clerks of Works
Update internal stakeholders on practical completion and ensure conditions are met
Assist end of defects certification and provide recommendations
