About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review Technical Due Diligence outputs and provide recommendations
- Oversee contract administration and developer compliance
- Conduct site assurance and quality oversight
- Manage relationships and performance against KPIs
- Consolidate monthly programme and risk reporting into a dashboard
- Escalate quality and health & safety issues
- Summarise proposed contractual variations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Oversight of the delivery of a portfolio of homes from transaction exchange to unit handover
- Act as Lloyds Living’s representative, overseeing performance of Developers and Consultants
- Quality assurance and contract administration
- Manage site assurance and compliance
- Maintain relationships with Project Monitors and Clerks of Works
- Update internal stakeholders on practical completion and ensure conditions are met
- Assist end of defects certification and provide recommendations
