- Work closely with business and technology teams
- Develop clear strategy artefacts to support prioritisation
- Turn strategy into actionable plans
- Identify and manage risks and dependencies
- Build strong relationships with partners
- Champion measurable outcomes and track value
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong strategic problem-solving capability and structured thinking
- Working understanding of AI and Agentic AI concepts
- Experience supporting domain-level strategy development
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in financial services or another complex, regulated environment (desirable)
