Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Business Development team and realise go-to-market plans
Set the strategy for, and deliver on, bold go-to-market plans for Embedded Finance
Create commercial models for partnerships with top tier merchants and institutions
Unlock new value pools by identifying clear target sectors for strategic relationships
Develop long-term relationships with credible clients
Drive the transformation of infrastructure and operating models supporting commercial product management
Oversee channel management for superior sales performance
Collaborate with the Embedded Finance MD on strategic, analytical, and insight capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong background of operating at executive level, with the ability to influence, engage, and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
A clear focus on customer and client needs, and the ability to create solutions that unlock growth and value
An ability to balance short term and long-term goals, and use it to set clear overall direction in ambiguous environments.
Responsiveness in pricing and trading terms to changing economic conditions, anchored in deeply commercial instincts to deliver profitable growth
An ability to influence decision makers internally and externally, to construct winning commercial proposals and bids
The ability to build an external and internal network to scout for, and harness opportunities in a rapidly evolving environment
The ability to motivate and develop diverse, winning teams
