About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape and evolve the LBCM & Markets Platform investment portfolio
- Ensure alignment to strategic priorities and manage portfolio‑level risks
- Partner with senior decision‑makers across Business, Platform, Finance and Investment Management
- Drive the development of high‑quality investment cases
- Identify future‑state capability, resourcing and operating model needs
- Support effective portfolio‑level governance by managing interdependencies, risks and constraints
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strategic, commercial and financial judgement (5+ years)
- Strong financial competence
- Strong experience in CIB, LBCM or Markets environments (5+ years)
- Proven ability to build credible relationships at senior level
- A track record of making and standing behind strategic decisions in conditions of uncertainty
- Strong experience in portfolio governance, planning, tracking and reporting
- Experience across operating model build, process transformation and digital or technology change
