About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supporting customers side‑by‑side in branches until early 2027
- Transitioning to working from home, handling inbound calls
- Helping customers through social media, web‑chat and remote video appointments
- Adapting to different customer needs and promoting our digital services
- Recognizing opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 12 month’s customer service experience
- Suitable home working environment including a private area to take inbound calls
- A stable/secure Wi-Fi connection
- Advocates of Lloyds Banking Group's products and services
- Ability to help customers use online and mobile banking independently.
