About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, shaping and execution of our bold Card Platform AI strategy
- Drive the AI agenda across the Card Platform, collaborating closely with product, engineering and design colleagues to deliver transformative, customer-led experiences
- Build, prioritise and continuously refine a dynamic backlog of high-value use cases, translating user needs into clear capabilities and behaviours that enable intuitive, end-to-end journeys
- Curate the knowledge and data required to support AI and agentic solution implementation, define clear success metrics, and maintain a continuous feedback loop to ensure value is delivered at pace and continuously improved
- Contribute to the delivery of projects or workstreams within the organisation’s change programme, with guidance and support from senior colleagues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4 years Product Ownership experience in an agile environment with a proven ability to translate vision and user needs into prioritised backlogs, delivering iterative value using agile principles, collaborating effectively across engineering, data science, and business teams
- 2 years experience in a product management role with a focus on developing AI/ML or data driven solutions, ideally within complex or regulated organisations
- Able to inform product decisions, interpret insights and use evidence to build decisions.
- Passion for the ‘why’ – you cut through complexity to focus on what matters most, bringing curiosity, resilience, and an open approach to new technologies like Gen AI and agentic systems.
- You’re an advocate and champion of ethical AI adoption, ensuring our people are equipped, engaged, and empowered to use emerging technologies confidently and responsibly.
- You’re comfortable working in an environment which is evolving and embracing the AI agenda, operating across multiple teams cross organisation, with levels of ambiguity
