About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Owning and evolving the SEO and GEO measurement framework, helping us to monitor performance across both organic search engines and generative AI platforms.
Deliver actionable insights that will deliver uplift in rankings and citations, organic traffic, engagement and, ultimately, conversions.
Build and maintain dashboards that surface SEO/GEO trends, opportunities, and risks.
Conduct opportunity sizing, causal analysis, and forecasting to identify high impact initiatives and inform prioritisation.
Embed a culture of insight-driven decision-making ‑coaching teams to confidently use data to guide SEO/GEO strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two years proven experience of working with and designing/evolving measurement frameworks/dashboards for SEO and website performance.
Strategic collaboration: you’ll be working closely with stakeholders across the public website team and other strategic partners to inform priorities and to align insights with business objectives and growth ambitions.
Ability to clearly communicate insights and recommendations to non‑technical and senior stakeholders.
Experience in coaching or mentoring, fostering a culture of curiosity and evidence-based decision making.
A forward-looking mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, e‑g environment.
