- Build powerful networks to support the team.
- Mentor, develop and support your team to be the most capable for our clients.
- Engage with complex clients at MDs, FDs, and Boards of Director level.
- Elevate the bank's standing in the local community and market.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Highly proficient at building and maintaining positive relationships with external professionals.
- Specialist credit and trading sector knowledge along with a track record delivering excellent client experiences.
- At least 2 years of experience in a Commercial Banking environment.
- Experience leading and developing a high performing team.
