About the role
- Responsible for how performance is measured and business operations day to day
- Enable over 2,000 colleagues to serve customers across Home, Relationship and Premier teams
- Translate growth ambitions into clear performance narratives
- Lead teams accountable for customer, commercial and colleague performance
- Ensure colleagues are set up to deliver great customer outcomes
- Provide oversight of performance and operational health
Requirements
- 3+ years senior leadership experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams within financial services
- Proven experience owning performance and operational outcomes at scale
- Strong data and insight capability, leading executive‑level reporting
- Change and transformation leadership experience
- A strong risk, controls and conduct mindset
- Experience working with retail banking front‑line teams
- Exposure to advanced analytics, AI or digital performance tools
