About the role

  • Responsible for how performance is measured and business operations day to day
  • Enable over 2,000 colleagues to serve customers across Home, Relationship and Premier teams
  • Translate growth ambitions into clear performance narratives

Requirements

  • 3+ years senior leadership experience leading multi‑disciplinary teams within financial services
  • Proven experience owning performance and operational outcomes at scale
  • Strong data and insight capability, leading executive‑level reporting
  • Change and transformation leadership experience
  • A strong risk, controls and conduct mindset
  • Experience working with retail banking front‑line teams
  • Exposure to advanced analytics, AI or digital performance tools
