About the role
- Lead the design and development of AI controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Partner with Group Responsible AI team
- Coach and mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers
- Maintain an active view of emerging tools and techniques
- Develop AI models and analytics to strengthen control monitoring
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with Foundation Models
- Experience to situationally assess and advise on Machine Learning solutions
- 5 years+ experience in Python
- Designing workflows that integrate AI
- Experience of designing and applying appropriate controls
- Capable of end-to-end delivery of products on Google Cloud Platform
- Task and/or line management experience of teams of 10+ colleagues
