About the role

  • You'll provide full secretarial and administrative support and play a crucial part in organising their activities to enable them to maximise their contribution to the Group.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge of the business to support business understanding and ensure support is as effective as possible.
  • Diary management – coordinate diaries for optimum time effectiveness, planning and prioritising against fast-paced schedules.
  • Effective management of incoming queries – using initiative and judgement to determine priorities and actions.
  • Undertake wide range of support activities, including such tasks as expenses, system approvals, Workday tasks, holiday tracking, resolving IT issues, Recruitment processes.
  • Arranging travel requirements – adjusting travel where needed and reviewing team travel reports to ensure adherence to policy and budget.
  • Assist in organising internal and external meetings.
  • Be able to be flexible and shift approach to a range of different leadership styles and business processes.
