About the role
- Provide face-to-face support to customers in branches.
- Handle everyday banking tasks.
- Support customers through important moments such as bereavement or fraud concerns.
- Promote and support digital banking services.
- Connect customers with appropriate products and services.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- A people person – honesty and genuineness in helping with finances required (no previous financial services experience required)
- Ability to quickly build relationships for a fantastic customer experience.
- Passion to empathize and act with care and integrity while resolving queries.
- Commitment to delivering on promises and to going above and beyond for customers.
- A genuine teammate – collaborating closely with colleagues.
