About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide face-to-face support to customers in branches.

Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of 12 months customer service experience.
- A people person – honesty and genuineness in helping with finances required (no previous financial services experience required)
- Ability to quickly build relationships for a fantastic customer experience.
- Passion to empathize and act with care and integrity while resolving queries.
- Commitment to delivering on promises and to going above and beyond for customers.
- A genuine teammate – collaborating closely with colleagues.
